Aerobics Classes

Step & Tone: This 60-minute class involves a 30 minute choreographed step aerobic routine with variations for both beginners and those looking for a higher intensity workout. Also includes an abdominal workout, a full body strength training segment with hand weights and it concludes with a stretching routine.
Circuit Training ClassThis 60-minute class involves an interval or circuit training type workout. For 30-35 minutes it alternates non stop between two minutes of aerobic exercise with a strength training exercise. The class concludes with an abdominal workout, toning exercises with physioballs and full body stretch.
Spinning   This class geared to all levels involves a 30 minute spinning routine done at the participant’s own level. This is followed by either our Bootcamp or Pilates/Physioball class.
Bootcamp  This 30 minute class blends cardio and strength training exercises that use your own body weight to keep you moving and burn calories. Variations will be shown to accommodate varying fitness levels.
Pilates/Physioball Combo                     This 30 minute class offers a combo of cardio, Pilates and strength training exercises done on large physioballs.  
Low/No Impact Senior Exercise ClassThis 45-minute class is geared to those over 65 and offers a low impact aerobic workout. Includes a 15-20 minute choreographed low impact aerobic segment with no jumping or jogging. Includes a full body strength training and stretching routine done seated in or holding onto a chair.
